Supervise all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Administer and maintain financial systems and infrastructure, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting software. Conduct financial analyses to provide insights for senior management decision-making. Evaluate and mitigate risk through appropriate financial controls and security measures. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws, including GAAP. Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders in the Ciudad de México industrial sector. Monitor continuous financial performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing necessary changes. Collaborate with other departments and commercial units to execute growth and profitability strategies.
