CFO Evolution - Community Support Worker

Community Support Worker to manage a caseload of participants in a community setting, providing one-on-one sessions and group interventions to help individuals reintegrate into society. Role focuses on guiding participants from initial assessment through their journey, with emphasis on safeguarding adults and children, risk coordination, and collaboration with Probation Services. Responsibilities include meeting contractual targets, facilitating access to housing, substance misuse support, and health and wellbeing resources; work with mentors to manage caseload and share best practice. Desirable qualifications include IAG Level 3 and experience in data entry and maintaining electronic information systems; requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage participants. Location: Swindon, UK. Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week. Salary: £25,877 - £29,000 per annum, with employee benefits and an employee-owned organization culture.
