Job Summary
Lead accounting operations hands-on in a senior-capital markets advisory context with direct ownership of month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting; drive buy-side M&A activity from target identification to integration; manage multi-entity consolidations across global footprints and navigate cross-border compliance; partner with CEOs and boards on budgeting, long-range planning, and ERP/data analytics initiatives to sharpen financial visibility and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- CPA required
- MBA strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership
- CFO or VP of Finance capacity
- hands-on accounting experience (close processes, financial statements, ledgers)
- experience leading buy-side M&A due diligence, valuation, LBO modeling, and post-close integration
- international finance experience (multi-currency consolidations, cross-border compliance)
- GAAP expertise
- advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
- ERP proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent); IFRS knowledge a plus
