Job Summary
Develop and execute global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering against profit and loss targets. Oversee all accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management functions while leading high-performing finance teams to optimize operations and reporting capabilities. Manage international banking relationships, consolidate global financial reporting across multiple entities, and implement transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least five years as a CFO or senior finance executive within a privately held company. The position reports to the Group Chief Executive Officer and is based in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years serving as CFO or senior finance executive
- Experience leading finance functions within a privately held company
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting
- Experience managing multi-entity domestic and international operations
- Proven experience with global consolidations and international banking relationships
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, safety products, medical devices, or engineered products industries
- International tax and transfer pricing experience
- Mergers & acquisitions experience
- Multi-currency treasury management experience
- Global distribution and international subsidiary experience
