Job Summary
Senior-level CFO role leading financial and operational strategy for a growing nonprofit behavioral health organization. Oversees financial operations including billing, revenue cycle, payroll, cash flow, and reporting; implements modern financial systems, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools; develops forecasting, budgeting, break-even analysis, and financial projection models; leads strategy meetings, audits, compliance, and cross-department operational alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs (OMH, OASAS, CFTSS, HCBS) a plus
- CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required
- Experience implementing financial systems and operational infrastructure
