Job Summary
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives while partnering with the CEO and ownership to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, monitoring key performance indicators and delivering accurate reporting to executive leadership. Oversee accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, manage external audits, and optimize cash flow through credit line management and supplier payment terms. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency, evaluate warehouse investments, and analyze pricing strategies. Provide clear financial reporting to family shareholders and support family board meetings with strategic insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of distribution metrics
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with operational execution capability
- High integrity and discretion
