Job Summary
Lead engagements across technical accounting support, audit, transactions, and IPO readiness, and support the Office of the CFO on an interim basis; mentor staff, develop leadership in the team, and help clients improve financial reporting and operations. Must have extensive accounting/finance experience (15+ years), strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting, CPA or CFA preferred, and a track record in advisory services, client relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- master’s or advanced degree desirable
- CPA or CFA preferred
- Fifteen (15+) years’ experience with a combination of public accounting, audit, corporate financial accounting, and/or finance process consulting
