Job Summary
Partner closely with CFOs, controllers, and business owners to assess finance functions, improve reporting and controls, and drive process improvements. Lead client engagements covering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and finance transformation initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver, stepping into interim finance leadership roles when needed to support growth, system implementations, and strategic initiatives like acquisitions. Manage client relationships, engagement timelines, and project deliverables while developing practical solutions for middle-market and founder-led organizations. Mentor consultants and senior associates to foster a collaborative team environment. Contribute to practice growth through exceptional client service and business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, CFO Advisory, Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS), public accounting, or consulting roles
- CPA or Master's degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance)
- Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and finance operations
- Experience supporting business owners, CFOs, Controllers, or executive leadership teams in a financial advisory or operational finance capacity
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and solve complex business problems
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
