Job Summary
Conduct order taking and service while implementing the Winning Hearts Every Day Customer Care Strategy. Follow Chick-fil-A standards, recipes, and food safety protocols to ensure operational excellence and accurate orders. Deliver personal, proactive, and generous interactions using the CORE 4 and HEARD Model to maintain a clean, safe, and refreshing environment. Uphold team values including teamwork, optimism, kindness, stewardship, and growth by communicating proactively with leadership and teammates. Manage cash, equipment, and premises while maintaining a positive attitude and emotional regulation. Available Saturdays; closed Sundays. Starting pay is $15/hour for Full-Time and $10-12/hour for Part-Time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Closed on Sundays
- Reliably attend shift on time and is prepared to serve
- Be friendly, considerate and genuine toward guests and teammates
- Be open minded to changes made by the leadership team
- Be flexible with roles and tasks
