Job Summary
As Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role includes performing/monitoring/reviewing customer due diligence and onboarding to ensure AML compliance, assisting with onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce, providing guidance on compliance matters, developing and delivering compliance training programs, completing the annual compliance monitoring program, and handling other compliance-related matters and ad-hoc projects. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of compliance experience in a financial services or external audit setting, with strong interpersonal/communication skills and solid knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in Compliance in a investment bank or External Audit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of MAS regulatory compliance requirements; including but not limited related applicable laws and industry best practice
