Job Summary
CES Administrator leads coordination of the Coordinated Entry System in Orange County, collaborates with the County of Orange, HMIS participating agencies and housing/service providers to connect individuals, families and survivors experiencing homelessness to housing and interventions. Responsibilities include verifying assessment and prioritization schemas, facilitating weekly match meetings, contributing to monthly administration reporting and performance dashboards, developing policy/procedures, and providing leadership to ensure continuity of care between PATH resources and partner agencies. Requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, clear communication, initiative, critical thinking, and professional ethics. Driving is required; role is on-site within California; benefits and scheduling options are provided.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in homeless services.
