Job Summary
In the role of Certified Veterinary Technician-Shift Lead, you will promote services and ensure exceptional client care, manage client flow, perform veterinary technician appointments under supervision, and assist with surgeries. You will be responsible for training new staff, maintaining medical records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This position supports leadership responsibilities in developing a high-quality medical team aligned with Banfield protocols. The ideal candidate holds a veterinary technician certification and preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an AVMA accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT)
