Job Summary
Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment while managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles. Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and deliver exceptional service and protection to clients. Maintain certification and drive safely while working outdoors in various weather conditions for 8-12 hours daily. This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training, rapid advancement to senior protector roles within four months, and competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.50 to $19.75.
Required Qualifications
- Flagger certification
- 6+ months experience in traffic control
- Valid driver's license
- 21+ years old
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings
- Experience driving
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test
