Certified Telepharmacy Technician, Bilingual: The CPhT supports pharmacy operations within a centralized telepharmacy site by assisting pharmacists in preparing, processing, and delivering prescription medications, ensuring compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and telepharmacy protocols. Responsibilities include entering and processing prescription orders under pharmacist supervision, preparing and labeling medications for dispensing, assisting in verification processes, managing prescription adjudication and insurance billing, maintaining patient records, inventory management, and delivering high-quality patient service via phone or digital platforms. Maintain a secure work environment and escalate medication-related concerns to the pharmacist while complying with telepharmacy procedures and company policies.
