Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Accurately document inspections, findings, and repair recommendations while maintaining productivity and efficiency in a flat-rate environment. Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department. This full-time role involves Monday through Saturday schedules depending on location and offers flat-rate pay with performance-based earning potential. ASE and/or manufacturer certifications and proven flat-rate experience are required. Join a team known for low turnover and strong service departments.
Required Qualifications
- Current ASE and/or manufacturer certifications
- Proven experience working in a flat-rate technician role
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
