Job Summary
The Certified Surgical Technologist will work in Main OR, full-time from 6am-4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with call required. Candidates must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program, certified in Basic Life Support, and possess current certification as a Surgical Technologist. This role requires knowledge and practice of perioperative patient care, the ability to work independently as a first scrub, and support for smooth surgical case flow. Demonstrating commitment to safe and effective patient care in compliance with organizational standards is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program
- Certified in Basic Life Support
- Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
Desired Qualifications
- Hospital Ortho OR experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience preferred
