Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Scrub on all major and minor surgical procedures as assigned while maintaining the sterile field and assisting the surgeon with instrumentation, supplies, and specimen control. Perform circulating duties under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide care and safety to all patients, including participation in patient assessments. Maintain operating room suite supplies, pull procedures, and assist with continuing education, precepting, and orientation of staff. Demonstrate knowledge and skills to address physical, psych/social, educational, and safety needs of patients regardless of age. Participate in various hospital activities as directed by the Manager. Requires CST and BLS certification, high school diploma, and surgical technologist program completion. 0 to 2 years experience preferred. Full-time, 40-hour onsite role with every other weekend coverage and on-call rotation. $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
