Certified Surgical Technologist / Certified Surgical First Assistant

Prepare operating rooms, assist surgeons during face, breast, and body surgeries, and maintain sterile environments. Manage instruments and supplies while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Proficiency in wound dressing, suturing, surgical site preparation, and sterile technique is required. Candidates must hold current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and Certified Surgical First Assistant (SA-C or CSFA) certification, with a minimum of one year of experience in plastic surgery operating room settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical instruments, and surgeon preference protocols is essential. Experience with OR equipment maintenance, sterilization processes, and inventory management is expected.
