Job Summary
Certified Surgical Technologist role in a faith-based AdventHealth Castle Rock facility. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and maintains aseptic technique; assembles supplies, equipment, and medications; supports the surgical team and room turnover; adheres to regulatory standards and infection control practices; supervises other team members and participates in training. Requires CST or NBSTSA/NCCT credentials, BLS, and relevant surgery-tech experience. Works full-time day shifts in Castle Rock, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad or Equiv
- Associate Preferred in Surgical Technology
- State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NBSTSA CST or TS-C (NCCT)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS) Cert
- 2+ years of technical experience in the field (Preferred)
- Knowledge of aseptic/sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work flexible schedule and adapt to change
