Certified Surgical Technologist - 1.0 ENDO

Prepare operating rooms by obtaining instruments, supplies, and records; open surgical equipment, clean instruments for sterilization, and restock pre-operative carts. Arrange instrument trays, prepare sterile drapes and solutions, and assist the surgical team with caps, gowns, and gloves. Anticipate and pass instruments, assure instrument function, and keep them debris-free during procedures. Measure and pass medications, hemostatic agents, and solutions. Assist with patient prep, clinic responsibilities including rooming patients and taking vitals, and post-procedure cleanup ensuring proper disposal of contaminated supplies. Call required within 30 minutes (7-8 days/month, 1 weekend call every 5th week, 2 holiday calls/year).
