Job Summary
The Certified Surgical Technician First Assistant (CSFA) assists in the performance of surgical procedures and provides intraoperative care under the direct supervision of the surgeon. Responsibilities include coordinating surgical supplies, scrubbing and assisting in surgeries, updating physician's preference cards, and customer service for patients and physicians. Candidates must have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited surgical first assistant program, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, alongside BLS and CSFA certifications.

- At least 2 years experience in related field
- BLS certification
- STFA/CSFA Certification
