Certified Surgical Tech - CST - Operating Room - OR - Full Time - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Functions in a scrub role in the Operating Room, performing clinical duties under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include preparing and assisting with patients undergoing surgical procedures, maintaining an organized sterile field, performing accurate counts with the RN circulator, and adhering to hospital policies. This position requires effective time management, competency in surgical technology skills, and the ability to assist with room monitoring and equipment integrity. Additional duties involve precepting new staff, adhering to infection control practices, and contributing to department productivity.
