Job Summary
Certified Surgical Technologist II in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team prepared to assemble sterile supplies and equipment for surgical procedures, perform room duties for direct patient care, and support the surgical team under general supervision. Requires CST certification, BLS, graduation from an accredited surgical technology program (or military program), and at least two years of OR experience. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, working 3-12 hour shifts (630a-7p) with potential call, and a $10k sign-on bonus for eligible CSTs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program or surgical technology military program
- minimum of two years’ work experience within an operating room setting
- Credentialed as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by NBSTSA
- Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers
