Job Summary
Prepare the operating room, sterilize equipment, and support the surgical team during procedures while ensuring patient safety and well-being. Assist physicians and nurses in cardiac or general surgical environments as required. Shift hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.r.m. Required Qualifications
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
- For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
- BLS (AHA or ARC)
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA Certificate
- At least 1 year of previous GI tech experience
