Job Summary
Embedded performance team role supporting the U.S. Air Force in Vilseck, Germany. Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs; conduct physical readiness assessments and performance evaluations; deliver coaching focused on strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and injury prevention; provide workshops on recovery and performance optimization; coordinate with Physical Therapists to support return-to-performance activities; support leadership-directed fitness initiatives; provide aggregate trend analysis to leadership regarding physical readiness and performance; relocation benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
- Current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
