Job Summary
Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs; conduct physical readiness assessments and performance evaluations; deliver coaching across strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and injury prevention; provide workshops and educational sessions on recovery, performance optimization, and injury prevention; coordinate with Physical Therapists to support return-to-performance activities; support leadership-directed fitness initiatives; provide aggregate trend analysis to leadership regarding physical readiness and performance; opportunity to join an embedded performance team supporting the U.S. Air Force with full overseas benefits and relocation assistance; position located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and continuing education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
- Current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
