Job Summary
CSCS embedded human performance professional to develop, implement, and manage evidence-based strength and conditioning programs for TACP Operators, including comprehensive assessments, individualized/group programs, injury prevention, mobility, recovery, neck/spine strengthening protocols, and use of performance technologies; requires military installation access and five+ years of experience in high-performance environments with a Master’s degree or higher.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); or CSCCa Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist supporting Tactical military athletes, Collegiate athletics (Division I preferred), Professional athletics, Aerospace, test pilot, astronaut, or other comparable high-performance environments
- Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- Ability to meet all installation access requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
