Job Summary
Support the management team to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly while filling team member roles on the hourly schedule. Provide direction and assistance to team members to ensure seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast. Maintain a work-life balance by adhering to operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Complete formal training through the company's development program designed for new supervisors.
