Job Summary
Support the management team to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly while filling hourly team member roles on the schedule. Provide direction and assistance to team members to ensure seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast. Maintain operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. to achieve work-life balance. Complete a formal training program designed to help new supervisors be successful in their job.
