Certified Respiratory Therapist

Lead RCP responsibilities include acting as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, providing respiratory care per physician orders, managing mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy, performing ABG analysis, conducting pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments, implementing patient-specific care plans, documenting care and outcomes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams during night shift on a full-time basis for the Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Therapy department.
