Certified Respiratory Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Lead RCP coverage in the absence of supervision; provide respiratory care per physician orders and manage measures such as mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management. Perform and interpret ABG analysis, conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and patient assessments, implement patient-specific care plans, and document care, interventions, and outcomes. Serve as Lead RCP when supervisor is unavailable, respond to critical care emergencies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during a full-time night shift in a high-acuity environment.
