Certified Respiratory Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders, managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management. Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures, and implement patient-specific care plans. Document patient care accurately and respond to critical care situations and emergencies. Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, overseeing operations during your shift. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a high-acuity, critical care environment. Work nights in the Chicago Metro Area with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
