Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders, managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management. Perform arterial blood gas analysis, conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures, and implement patient-specific care plans. Document interventions accurately and respond to critical care situations and emergencies. Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, overseeing operations during your shift. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-acuity patient outcomes in a critical care environment. Earn $1,206–$1,623/week on night shifts with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
