Job Summary
Night-shift Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RCP I) with potential to serve as Lead RCP in supervisor's absence; provide respiratory care per physician orders, manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management; perform ABG analysis and pulmonary diagnostic procedures; implement patient-specific care plans, document care and outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and respond to critical care emergencies in a high-acuity setting within a large healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current
- PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- 2 years experience as an RCP preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
