Certified Respiratory Therapist ($15k Sign-On Bonus)

Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders in a high-acuity, critical care environment. Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management while performing and interpreting arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis. Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures, implement patient-specific care plans, and document interventions accurately. Serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, overseeing operations and responding to critical care situations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety. Work night shifts with a base pay of $33.50 to $45.09 per hour plus shift differentials.
