Certified Respiratory Therapist ($15k Sign-On Bonus)

Provide respiratory care and pulmonary therapy per physician orders, managing mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management. Perform and interpret arterial blood gas analysis, conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures, and implement patient-specific care plans. Document interventions accurately, respond to critical care emergencies, and serve as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver advanced respiratory care in a high-acuity environment. Work nights in Chicago Metro Area with a sign-on bonus available.
