Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments to residents in an assisted living environment while supporting them with personal needs such as light housekeeping. Collaborate with the clinical team to create a caring environment, focusing on maintaining a safe space and fostering positive relationships with seniors, particularly those who are older or chronically ill. This role requires a high school diploma, completion of 40 hours of Department of Health and Human Services-approved training, and the ability to work with independence, flexibility, and strong verbal communication skills. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.50, a $2,000 hiring bonus, and includes tuition reimbursement, medical and dental benefits, and paid time off.
