Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments to residents in an assisted living environment while supporting personal needs such as light housekeeping. Collaborate with the clinical team to create a caring environment focused on high-level customer service and positive relationships. Maintain a safe environment using good judgment and verbal communication skills to care for older and chronically ill individuals. Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Department of Health and Human Services approved training. This role offers a $2,000 hiring bonus, tuition reimbursement, and full medical, dental, and vision benefits within a family-owned Maine facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Completed a training approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours
- Ability to work with independence, flexibility, good judgment, verbal communication, creating a safe environment, positive customer relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with or desire to spend your work day caring for people, especially those who are older and/or chronically ill
- Focus on a high-level of customer service
