Job Summary
Certified Rehabilitation RN to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Oversees patient care provided by nursing and other staff on the unit/shift; coordinates care with other departments; documents changes in patient condition; assumes Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed; educates patients and caregivers on tests, procedures, and medications; participates in interdisciplinary conferences; responds to emergencies and provides in-services for nurse development. Requires RN licensure and CRRN certification; CPR (ACLS preferred); two years of inpatient hospital experience with inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
- CRRN certification required
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Two years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
