Certified / Registered Respiratory Therapist

Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist to perform duties involved with the treatment, management control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and/or abnormalities within the Pulmonary system. The Therapist shall perform routine and complex respiratory care procedures to patients of all ages, and will communicate with the Physician and Respiratory team on patient progress within the care plan; as well as make recommendations regarding patient progress. Education/Experience required: Degree in Respiratory Therapy; active credentials NBRC RRT and ASBRT LRT; BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required depending upon area assigned. Work conditions include variable time in walking, standing, and sitting, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs push/pull, and potential exposure to infectious disease.
