Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- CRNA training program completion
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the AANA
- Current State of Connecticut Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure (APRN)
- CRNA credentials
- AANA Certification
- CT RN licensure
- DEA registration
- ACLS
- Controlled Substance Registration (State of CT)
