Job Summary
CRNA at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC in Meridian, Idaho. Join a physician-led multispecialty group in a full-time role with a max 4:1 supervising ratio, working Monday through Thursday across 4x10-hour days. Collaborative, team-oriented environment. Requires graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP/CRNA), NBCRNA certification, Idaho CRNA licensure and privileges, and valid DEA/Pharmacy registrations. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP, CRNA, etc.)
- Certified through NBCRNA
- Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
