Job Summary
CRNA role at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC in Meridian, Idaho: a physician-led multispecialty ambulatory surgery center, with a max 4:1 supervising ratio, currently a full-time schedule (4x10s, Mon-Thu). The CRNA works in collaboration with supervising anesthesiologists to provide anesthesia care across general, orthopedic, ENT, pain, gynecology, and podiatry cases in a same-day outpatient setting. Requires graduation from a nurse anesthesia program, NBCRNA certification, Idaho CRNA licensure and privileges, and DEA/controlled-substance registrations. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP, CRNA, etc.)
- Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile ASC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
