Job Summary
CRNA role at Saint Alphonsous Ten Mile ASC in Meridian, Idaho, functioning under a physician-led team with a max 4:1 supervision ratio. Full-time schedule is Monday through Thursday (4x10s). Responsibilities include delivering anesthetic care in a multi-disciplinary ASC for diverse case types (General, Orthopedic, ENT, Pain, Gynecology, Podiatry) with collaboration from supervising anesthesiologists. Requirements include graduation from a Nurse Anesthesia graduate program (DNAP/CRNA), NBCRNA certification, Idaho CRNA licensure and privileges, and DEA registration. Recruitment package includes student loan repayment, PTO and CME allocation, malpractice tail coverage, health/dental/vision, and retirement (403b).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a graduate program in Nurse Anesthesia (DNAP, CRNA, etc.)
- Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at Saint Alphonsous Ten Mile ASC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
