Job Summary
CRNA to join Trinity Health Hospital Group's Anesthesia Services Team in Grand Rapids, MI. Full-time, 1.0 FTE, with a schedule offering a mix of 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts and shared home-call obligations (roughly 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6 weeks). The team handles a broad case mix including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (trauma), bariatrics, GYN, neuro, OB, and regional blocks across 16 ORs and 5 NORA sites. Earn a competitive hourly salary of $124.28 with a $30K sign-on bonus (for 0.5 FTE or greater), relocation assistance, full benefits, malpractice tail, CME funds, and 403b with employer match. Requires board certification, Michigan state license, DEA, and ACLS/BLS. Location is Grand Rapids, Michigan (US).
