Job Summary
CRNA position in Grand Rapids, MI with Trinity Health Hospital Group. Provide anesthesia services across diverse cases including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho, bariatrics, OB, neuro, and regional blocks within a Level 2 trauma center. Schedule includes 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts with shared home-call obligations (about 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6 weeks). Competitive compensation at $124.28/hour with a $30K sign-on for 0.5FTE or greater, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice tail coverage, CME funds, licensure support, and 403b plan.
Required Qualifications
- CRNAs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
- State of Michigan license
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certified
- Relocation assistance
