Job Summary
CRNA to join Anesthesia Services Team at Trinity Health Hospital Group in Grand Rapids, MI. Full-time (1.0 FTE). Case mix includes kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, and regional blocks. Schedule features 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts with shared call (approx. 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6 weeks). Requires board certification, MI license, DEA license, ACLS & BLS. Recruitment package includes competitive salary of $124.28/hour, $30K sign-on bonus (for 0.5 FTE or greater), relocation assistance, full-time benefits, malpractice tail, CME funds, licensure and professional membership support, and 403b with employer match.
