Job Summary
CRNA opportunity with Trinity Health Hospital Group in Grand Rapids, MI, full-time (1.0 FTE) in a Level 2 trauma center anesthesia service. Provides anesthesia for a broad case mix including general, kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, GYN, neuro, and regional blocks across multiple ORs and NORA sites. Schedule includes 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts with shared home-call obligations (~1 weekend per quarter and ~1 weekday every 6 weeks). Recruitment package includes competitive salary ($124.28/hour), $30K sign-on bonus (0.5 FTE+), relocation assistance, full benefits, malpractice tail insurance, CME funds, licensure support, and 403b with employer match.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in anesthesia
- State of Michigan license
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certified
