Job Summary
CRNA at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center delivers anesthesia for diverse surgical cases, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics. Administers general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, provides one-on-one anesthesia instruction to university programs, and participates in OB call. Flexible scheduling with a balanced caseload; on-site presence required within commutable distance to NYP. Full-time with 8, 10, 13, and 24-hour shifts; sign-on bonus available. New graduates encouraged to apply; MD/DNP preferred pathway available. Requires NYS RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and CNS-level certification in Nurse Anesthetists.
Required Qualifications
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Master's of Science in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- DNP or DNAP preferred
- Sign-on bonus available
