Job Summary
CRNA provides neuraxial and regional anesthesia, manages airway and anesthesia induction/maintenance, performs pre-operative assessments, develops and communicates care plans, establishes venous access, completes anesthesia and emergence, and conducts post-operative follow-up. The role includes responsibilities as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students, with rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends and call requirements; comprehensive care across surgical, obstetric, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures within a multidisciplinary team at Avera St Anthony’s Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Board of Nursing; active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing; active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA) - Upon Hire
